3 year/100,000km new car warranty. For three years or 100,000km, whichever comes first, your Ford is covered against any defects in factory materials or workmanship. This also applies to Genuine Ford Accessories you may have had fitted before you took delivery.

5 year warranty against perforation corrosion. It’s reassuring to know that the original body of your gleaming new Ford is guaranteed against perforation corrosion for the first five years of its life. If perforation corrosion occurs, we’ll fix it for free.

Genuine Ford Parts Warranty for peace of mind. As Ford has the highest confidence in the quality and performance of its products, Genuine Ford Parts purchased from an authorised Ford Dealer are covered under warranty for a period of 12 months or 20,000kms, whichever occurs first.

Ford Roadside Assistance

Ford Roadside Assistance is standard on new Falcon passenger and utility vehicles, as well as the Ford Territory. It is provided for 12 months from the vehicle's first registration and can assist in the event of:

  • Flat battery
  • Out of fuel
  • Flat tyre
  • Mechanical breakdown
  • Lockout
